Quran Arabic Learning — Useful Sites

http://www.understandquran.com/
Various free courses/resources designed to help understand Quranic arabic (for people who can read arabic, but are non-arabs and would like to learn the meaning of the arabic words). Dictionaries, frequently used words etc. English, Urdu, Indian + other languages.

http://www.madinaharabic.com/
Site for learning arabic for beginners. 1) Arabic Reading and 2) Arabic Language courses. Work in progress. At the moment, images are missing on the Arabic Language courses. Seem to be in the process of rebuilding their website. Probably still at least a few months away from successful rebuild. Hopefully then, it will be ready for general use. Mentioning it because site contains lessons from the Madinah Arabic Book Series, and once the bugs have ironed out, could be a most useful resource. That is not to say, it can’t or shouldn’t be used currently. The reading course for beginners is available. In the language course, if you can ignore missing images, then the arabic text and english translations are still intact.
