Google blog has announced the addition of Urdu as one of the new languages which can be translated. At the moment, the new addition is in alpha. Good news for Pakistanis and Urdu readers.

Baby Girls Tell Stories

Brilliantly simple and very useful. Holy QURAN arabic with urdu color-coded (to help understand which urdu is related to which part of the verse) translation. Beautiful recitation for every page (no need for save as etc., just go to any page and recitation starts streaming, can be paused, stopped, replayed). Search options include parah, surah, manzil and page. Want to read Quran with translation in udru, or maybe want to make sure that you are reciting correctly. Useful on so many levels, yet a simple layout.
