Liar, Liar, …

…Pants on Fire

“I want to make sure the people understand actually drones have not caused a huge number of civilian casualties. For the most part, they have been very precise precision strikes against al-Qaeda and their affiliates. And we are very careful in terms of how it’s been applied.”

World’s Apathy to the tragedy of KASHMIR

Freedom. People talk about it. Politicians talk about it, as do Governments and all sorts of other organizations. But, when you see such abject usurpation of a people’s liberty and turn a blind eye to their plight, you betray the ideals of the right to freedom that is the right of these occupied and tortured people.

“Kashmir is one of the most protracted and bloody occupations in the world — and one of the most ignored,” she told a large audience at the Asia Society during a discussion on “Kashmir — a case for freedom”.

Roy slams world’s silence on Indian occupation of Kashmir

Renowned Indian activist and novelist Arundhati Roy has decried the silence of the international community over the continued “brutal Indian occupation of Kashmir” and said Kashmiris should be given the right to self-determination.

Under the Indian military rule in Kashmir, Ms Roy said, freedom of speech was non-existent and human rights abuses were routine. Elections were rigged and the press controlled.

She said the lives of Kashmiris were made miserable by gun-totting security personnel who harassed and terrorised people with impunity, adding that disappearances were almost a daily occurrence as also kidnapping, arrests, fake encounters and torture. Mass graves have been discovered and the conscience of the world remains unstirred.

Ms Roy accused US President Barack Obama of stepping back from calling for a solution of the Kashmir issue after initially supporting it, but relenting after seeing `consternation’ in India over his remarks.

“He (Mr Obama) hasn’t said a word about Kashmir since,” she said, adding that the US president was more interested in selling military aircraft and Boeings to India.

The apathy towards Kashmir, especially in the western world, Ms Roy said, was because of their pursuit of commercial interests in India where they were more eager to “sell their goods than human rights”.

Ms Roy alleged that Indian army or security personnel were killing young children, adding that Kashmiris were not radical Islamists or jihadists as India portrayed them.

American duplicity and hypocrisy summed up

Bobbysocks Obama and Clinton have managed an even weirder somersault. Having originally supported the “stable” dictatorships of the Middle East – when they should have stood by the forces of democracy – they decided to support civilian calls for democracy in the Arab world at a time when the Arabs were so utterly disenchanted with the West’s hypocrisy that they didn’t want America on their side. “The Americans interfered in our country for 30 years under Mubarak, supporting his regime, arming his soldiers,” an Egyptian student told me in Tahrir Square last week. “Now we would be grateful if they stopped interfering on our side.” At the end of the week, I heard identical voices in Bahrain. “We are getting shot by American weapons fired by American-trained Bahraini soldiers with American-made tanks,” a medical orderly told me on Friday. “And now Obama wants to be on our side?”

Obama’s Joke of the Day

“The US and India are not only the world`s two largest democracies, we are two pluralistic societies that believe in the potential and dignity of every human being.” Mr Obama said.

Good one, Obama. At least the man has got a sense of humor. A morbid one, but still. Guantanamo, Gujarat, the religious bigotry permeating the above said societies. That and far more qualifies as belief in dignity of “every human being”. Umm sure. Selling arms and munitions to the -epitome of morality- israel as well. Must have slipped his mind. The trio instead of the duo should have been included in the wondrous societies that shine as a beacon of believing in the dignity of every human being.

The recession is over …

… otherwise why would USA waste almost $50,000 a minute? Especially considering the voter backlash in the midterms where the Democrats and Obama took a battering on the economy/recession? Surely, the US would not waste money if the recession weren’t over. And yet, $3 billion is going to be gifted “out” of America instead of being spent “on” Americans. In order to perpetuate a sham – the sham being giving israel $3 billion for a 90 day freeze on settlements (in West Bank; East Jerusalem not included in freeze) and also being given various US guarantees which include

the sale of 20 F-35 jets worth $3 billion, a pledge to veto Palestinian efforts to gain statehood recognition through the United Nations for at least a year, and assurances that the Obama administration would not press Mr. Netanyahu for a further settlement moratorium.
Israel set to OK 90-day halt to settlements

Mind you this $3 billion is in addition to the yearly billions the US pays to israel, in addition to the arms worth millions and billions put at israel’s disposal under the all encompassing “strategic reserve”, in addition to numerous other payouts.
Robert Fisk sums it up another way,

Robert Fisk: An American bribe that stinks of appeasement
Three billion dollars for three months is one billion dollars a month to stop Israel’s colonisation. That’s half a billion dollars a fortnight. That’s $500m a week. That’s $71,428,571 a day, or $2,976,190 an hour, or $49,603 a minute. And as well as this pot of gold, Washington will continue to veto any resolutions critical of Israel in the UN and prevent “Palestine” from declaring itself a state. It’s worth invading anyone to get that much cash to stage a military withdrawal, let alone the gracious gesture of not building more illegal colonies for only 90 days while furiously continuing illegal construction in Jerusalem at the same time.

America’s Humiliation

America is israel’s slave. US govt. and public supports israel politically, financially, militarily, policy wise, through media … But it is not a relationship of equals. One is the master, the other the puppet slave. Only, it is USA that is the slave and still the american majority public opinion supports israel. US is nothing but a tool, goyim cattle that are to be used to further the cause of zion central on the blood of innocents. Ironically the people who are being used as puppets are so blind that they choose to ignore the strings of the puppeteers. Even when israel overtly and without any inhibitions put the US in its place, the american people still remain in their stupor of ignorance.

Axis of Evil

The puppet masters, the puppets and the hired help.
While the inhuman face of israel was exposed afresh to the world due to the illegitmate entity’s heinous war crimes against Gaza and Palestinians, the US still remains firmly in the clutches of the zionists turning a blind eye to the litany of horrors committed by their “friends”. Not only in terms of diplomatic and foreign affairs, but in actual material terms the US is kept on a tight leash by the zionist puppeteers while the american public remains cosy in the illusion that they are friends and allies.

NY Times — A Tragic Mistake

“I hate war,” said Dwight Eisenhower, “as only a soldier who has lived it can, as one who has seen its brutality, its futility, its stupidity.”

He also said, “Every gun that is made, every warship launched, every rocket fired, signifies in the final sense a theft from those who hunger and are not fed, those who are cold and not clothed.”
