Thousands of Kashmiris have been detained under the PSA(Public Safety Act) law, a law which has been termed by Amnesty International as the “Lawless Law”. Thousands of Kashmiris including children as young as fifteen ‘disappeared’ into the custody of indian security forces where they have been and are being tortured mercilessly.
